In this executive leadership role, Susan will guide our OPC team in designing and delivering innovative people strategies and change solutions—advancing our shared vision of empowering the best workplaces in the world.

With more than two decades of experience, Susan is a global leadership and transformation expert known for helping companies navigate mergers & acquisitions, leadership development, and culture evolution. She has partnered with boards and C-suite leaders to align talent, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable business results.

Before joining People Results, Susan served as Vice President of Strategic Advisory Services at ADP, leading global Talent, HCM, and M&A client engagements. Her career also includes leadership roles at Accenture, Celanese, Schneider Electric, Centex Commercial, Bear Stearns, and Pizza Hut. In addition, she founded Plan Z Solutions, a strategic advisory consultancy focused on talent and leadership transformation.

A recognized speaker, author, and thought leader, Susan regularly presents at major conferences, including SHRM, HR Tech, Gartner Evanta CHRO, ATD, HR.com, and the American Payroll Association. Her insights have been featured in Forbes, HR Professionals Magazine, Recruiter.com, and Training Industry Magazine. She’s also been honored as one of Recruiting Daily’s Top Women in HR Tech and a Most Inclusive HR Influencer nominee by Social Micole.

Passionate about developing future leaders, Susan teaches as an adjunct professor in Southern Methodist University’s Executive MBA program and shares her expertise through innovation centers like the Silicon Valley HCM Innovation Center.

She also serves on the American Cancer Society North Texas Chapter Board, reflecting her commitment to community impact and inclusive leadership.
