Before joining People Results, Bob led a labor relations consulting firm for 18 years. He holds a B.A. and J.D. and is a member of the California Bar and Labor and Employment Law Section.

Christy is a finance leader with over 20 years of experience in financial management and corporate finance. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and support long-term business growth. Prior to her corporate leadership roles, Christy held a managerial position at a public accounting firm, where she developed deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. Alysse is a strategic commercial leader with 14+ years of experience driving revenue growth and digital transformation for global consumer brands. At PepsiCo Global, she built and led a sales strategy team, delivering $100M+ in growth through AI-enabled solutions and scalable commercial initiatives. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Frito-Lay, leading pricing and post-merger strategies.
