Mark Codd, PhD

John “Mark” Codd is a labor relations consultant with over 25 years of HR experience across municipal, private, and nonprofit sectors. Since 1998, he has led labor relations for Publix, overseeing culture assessment initiatives and union response strategy. Mark has held senior HR roles and served as an adjunct professor teaching graduate HR courses. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Conflict, along with an MBA and BBA, and has been named HR Professional of the Year in Florida and Texas.
