Because of your resilience, collaboration, and willingness to problem‑solve together, we were able to stand up the change management workstream and execute critical change activities at a pace that was anything but normal. You showed flexibility when plans evolved, supported one another (and the broader project team) when things got tough, and stayed focused on the shared goal—even when the path forward wasn’t always clear.
