Robert Moll is a Vice President at People Results and has consulted with our clients for nearly 20 years. During his career, he has worked with employers in healthcare, chemicals, energy/utilities, manufacturing/production, higher education, and retail. Robert has advised clients and led teams to address such workplace issues as union organizing campaigns, labor contract negotiations, corporate campaigns, mergers and acquisitions, organizational change, and workforce reductions. He earned his B.A. from Syracuse University, a M.B.A. from The George Washington University, and a Masters of Environmental Law and Policy from the Vermont Law School. He is APR-accredited with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Mark Codd is a Vice President of People Results with over 30 years experience driving employee engagement, labor relations and organizational change. He has led HR strategy for large complex organizations including Publix Supermarkets supporting over 270,000 “associates”. He has also been an Adjunct Professor for nearly 20 years and holds an MBA as well as PhD in organizational conflict with a dissertation on Winning NLRB elections. He is published in academia and numerous national professional publications. Mark holds several HR certifications, and has been named HR Professional of the Year recently in Florida and in Texas.
