Before joining People Results, Bob led a labor relations consulting firm for 18 years. He holds a B.A. and J.D. and is a member of the California Bar and Labor and Employment Law Section.

Alysse is a strategic commercial leader with 14+ years of experience driving revenue growth and digital transformation for global consumer brands. At PepsiCo Global, she built and led a sales strategy team, delivering $100M+ in growth through AI-enabled solutions and scalable commercial initiatives. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Frito-Lay, leading pricing and post-merger strategies. Alysse holds a BBA from the University of Washington and executive certifications from Wharton and Cornell.

Fiona, former CEO of Spring International, is a global expert in employee engagement, change management, and people analytics. With experience across the U.K., Europe, and the U.S., she helps organizations link employee data with HR, financial, and operational metrics to demonstrate ROI and business impact. She has led engagement, DEI, and analytics initiatives across retail, logistics, and manufacturing. Fiona holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and serves as an adjunct professor of people analytics at Villanova University.

John “Mark” Codd is a labor relations consultant with over 25 years of HR experience across municipal, private, and nonprofit sectors.
